IMPT NOTICE - class chalet

Yes, this is the "IMPORTANT" class notice that i've mentioned about in my msn nick. Right on top here, for your freaking viewing pleasure. The only reason why this notice has to be posted here, is because our dear organisers (shoutout to yongquan and angela; kudos for their efforts) is having a rather hard to having to get everyone to agree to the idea.

Yes, read it once more. HAVING A HARD TIME.

Therefore, the holy one is here (ME ROAR!) to explain to you tards why we're having a chalet and a few seemingly simple, but apparently very hard to convey thru, reasons why you should go.

Firstly, this is our last sem (duh~). Almost 3 years have came and passed by, with many memorable moments behind us. This chalet is meant to be the best of 'em. Cutting short the emo' talk, this is our last chance to gather as a class and joke/fool around once more.

No doubt there would be more chances in the future, but who can gurantee by then everyone could come? Think about it, things would be rather different by then too. We may have another gathering after graduation no doubt, but nobody can deny there would be possible drifts between each and everyone of us. To each their own (lives), things wouldn't be as much fun as it would during the moments when we were still a class.

Secondly, why a chalet above all others? I've heard of other suggestions, mainly an overnight BBQ or a stayover at somebody's hse. A chalet gurantees privacy, your own personal space as well as a nice roof to cover your asses when its raining.

This is not something that the 2 former suggestions can give. It would be nice to stay over at somebody's hse, but that also means stuffs like (1)we must be aware of our own volume when their parents are sleeping (2)not being able to joke/fool around at our own pleasure.

Thirdly, if you're still not satisfied, please spare a thought for our organisers. We have drafted many possible class events in view of the best possible means of enjoyment/pleasure for everyone. This is the best we can think up of. I understand your concerns, everyone has his/her own idea of a "perfect" gathering, but this is a time to compromise.

We need to get everyone to agree before the chalet can be booked so as not to incur losses.

The date of the chalet is set to be on the last week of the hols. This is done (once again, we've catered to your fussy demands) so as to not clash with any possible sch assignments (the initial date was on the 2nd week of sch). To dear Aisyah, Haziq and Skip, we're sorry this has to be on your fasting month. The main reason why the date is so is given above.

This is it. Say yes to the chalet so that yquan can proceed with the booking. Pricing and charges would be released once we get hold of the majority's consent.

Bad bus conductor VS good bus conductor

Once there was a bad bus conductor, who was very rude to his passengers.one day a beautiful young girl, around 18 years,tried to board the bus, but he didn't stop the bus. Unfortunately the beautiful young girl came under the bus and died on the spot. Angry passengers took the bad conductor to the police, who in turn took him to the court.The judge was not at all impressed with him and gave him capital punishment.He was taken to the electrocution chamber. There was a single chair in the center of the room and a single banana peel at one corner of the room. The conductor was strapped to the chair and high voltage current was given to him. But to everyone's amazement, he survived. The judge decided to set him free, and he returned to his profession.

After a few months, this time, a good looking middle aged woman tried to board the bus but the bad conductor again didn't stop the bus. Unfortunately, this time also,the good looking middle aged woman came under the bus and died on the spot. Again angry passengers took him to the police, who in turn took him to the court. A couple of months later, an elderly gentleman tried to board the bus. Unfortunately the elderly gentleman slipped and died due to his injuries. The good conductor was taken to the police station and then to the court, to the same judge. Though he hadn't done anything wrong, but considering his past record the judge decided to set an example and gave him capital punishment. The good conductor was again taken to the same electrocution chamber where there was a single chair in the center of the room and a single banana peel at one corner of the room. He was strapped to the chair and high voltage current was given to him. This time he died instantly !!!!!!!!!!!

The question is why didn't he die on the first two occasions, but died instantly the third time?? Try to solve it yourselves. This is rather interesting. If necessary read the puzzle once again.

i just blew away $9.50 on this movie. it's a shitty show, don't even bother to read the reviews. it's largely senseless, filled with stupidity, and worse of all it is draggy. the plot is about a girl called qingcheng who made a promise with the manshen goddess when she was young that in return for true love, she would get all the good shit in the world. beauty, riches, bla bla etc. the story (which actually looked quite promising at the start ) then degrades to some stupid love triangle messed up with a freed slave trying to recover his forgotten past. the reason why i cant explain it clearly is bcos the plot is nonsensical, screwed + lame.

The only good parts abt the show are the eye candies. zhang dong jian, zhang bo zhi and xie tingfeng. The rest is shit, but actually zhang bo zhi also not very chio lah. It has got some pretty decent fighting scenes, but there are no more then 5 of them in the movie altogether, with each lasting for last then a minute.
